It’s no secret that rents are skyrocketing all over
the United

According to the Census Bureau’s latest research,
there were an estimated 6.02 million unmarried-partner households in the
U.S. in 2006! Forbes.com researched these cities by
collecting data for 40 of the largest metropolitan statistical areas for five
different categories: marriages per 1,000 people, divorces per 1,000 people,
starter-home affordability, income disparity and availability of couples or
family counseling.

The round-up of the best cities for couples
were:

Okay, so we’ve posted a lot of ‘lovey, dovey’ blogs pertaining to Valentine’s Day. And truth be told I wasn’t even going to blog about this, but I go to check my email this morning and saw this article! It must be shared with everyone! It’s about revenge Valentine’s gifts. 2 1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Butter
3/4 cup Gran. Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Water
2 Eggs

Process:
Mix well. Add 1 cup of Chocolate Chips (optional 2 cups of Oatmeal). Set your oven to 375 degrees and cook on a baking pan for 10-12 minutes!

And enjoy with a cold glass of milk!!

If you’re single and on your own, Valentine’s Day can be, in my opinion, one of the worst holidays for you to endure. References to ‘love’ bombard you from every angle wherever you are, which of course, is like adding salt to the wound. If you’re a person who doesn’t mind being single on this holiday and going out for a night on the town, that’s great! But if Valentine’s Day is a constant reminder to you that you’re alone & you hate it, think about that the next you’re your lease is up….you might want to get a roommate!

Besides the financial benefits of having a roommate, having another person in your apartment could actually be emotionally comforting. Someone could be there when you come home during the day, or watching T.V. in the evening. It could actually be quite soothing and a relief. Not to mention safe.
